Light, airy, fragrant, that's how the band "Eine kleine Jazzmusik" sounds, effortless, but with a fascinating effect. Brilliant arrangements are their trademark, and often it sounds like more than just three horns. Countless club and festival guest appearances as well as radio and television appearances have brought this Hamburg band a high degree of fame and popularity. The band has used the forced break due to the pandemic to expand its repertoire. The main arrangers Volker and Helmar have come up with a lot of ideas, not to mention the brilliant solo performances. A musical range from the 20s to the 40s to the 60s has developed - songs from Bix Beiderbecke to Duke Ellington and Gary Mulligan to Thelonius Monk and John Coltrane can be heard - and even the Beatles are there.
